FAQ
Are the workshops suitable for beginners?
Yes. All workshops are beginner-friendly and no prior coffee or barista experience is required.
How long is each workshop?
All workshops run for approximately 2 hours. The duration may be adjusted depending on the workshop format, group size, and event requirements.
What is the minimum and maximum number of participants?
As of now, there is no fixed maximum group size, but a minimum of 8 participants is generally required for corporate workshops.
For larger groups, depending on the number of instructors available, we may recommend splitting participants into multiple sessions or adjusting the workshop format and duration to provide a better overall experience.
Can the workshop be conducted at our venue?
Yes. Selected workshops can be conducted at your venue, with an additional off-site logistics fee of $50–$150.
Depending on the workshop, we may require tables, chairs, access to power and water, and sufficient space for the setup. Specific requirements will be advised beforehand.
What if some participants don't drink coffee?
Non-coffee drinkers can still participate in the workshop, with hot chocolate available as an alternative beverage.
When are the workshops hosted?
Workshops can be hosted any day, subject to availability.
Our preferred time slots are 10am–12pm or after 2pm. Other timings can be arranged depending on your event requirements.
Can we customise the workshop?
Yes. The programme can be adjusted based on your event requirements. For example, we can customise the workshop to fit a 1.5-hour duration or accommodate specific event timings.
